Traineeship training

As a Registered Training Organisation, WorkVentures offers a range of qualifications through its traineeship programs.

Our traineeship programs offer flexible work-based training in business services, customer contact and information technology.

Our qualified trainers and assessors regularly visit trainees at their workplaces to:

• develop and monitor a training plan that matches the trainee’s job role and workplace;
• provide coaching and resources to the trainee to support and extend their job training and experience; and
• support trainees who need additional assistance to complete their qualification.

This service is available throughout the year. Enrolment can begin any time based on when the traineeship begins.

When trainees complete their training program and have met all the requirements, we will issue them with a nationally recognised qualification.
