Traineeships provide valuable opportunities for young people to experience and practice what they are learning as they are employed in host businesses while studying for a nationally recognised qualification.
This model creates a mutually beneficial relationship for the trainee and employers because the employers gain a simple way to recruit junior staff in a time and cost-effective manner while the young person benefits from being immersed in the world of work.
WorkVentures Registered Group Training Organisation (GTO) helps our Host employers by filling entry level roles in their business and providing training and pastoral support for their trainees.
We at WorkVentures strive to connect employers of all sizes and types with trainees who meet their entry level requirements and who will develop seamlessly into the culture of each specific enterprise.
The WorkVentures GTO employs the trainee, manages administration and finance, performance reviews and improvement plans where required, and take responsibility for the trainee's quality and continuity of training over the period of their contracted traineeship. We make the job easy and economical for our Host Employers to concentrate on providing suitable tasks and work experience.
WorkVentures employs experienced Recruitment and Support Consultants (RSC’s) who source, interview and select potential trainees for Host Employer approval on the basis of employer's specific job requirements. Moreover, the WorkVentures RSC’s provide ongoing support to trainees to ensure their welfare, training and performance requirements are monitored and managed throughout their contracted traineeship.
