Administration Traineeship

One of our host employers is seeking a motivated trainee to join their corporate firm located in Sydney’s CBD. During 12 months at the firm you will gain valuable work experience and hands-on training from industry professionals, as well as gaining a nationally-recognised qualification for free!

If you are successful for this exceptional role, your duties will include:

  • Answering and redirecting calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Data entry
  • Scheduling and managing appointments, meeting schedules and calendars for individuals/teams
  • Receipting cheques and obtaining signatures where required
  • Filing and document management
  • Managing mail and couriers
  • Banking
  • Maintaining the kitchen and meeting rooms, including arrangements for catering
  • Sending out the Statement of Accounts via email as requested
  • Sending out copy tax invoices via email as requested.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must not have attained a qualification over a Cert II
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
