One of our host employers is seeking a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic and eager to learn to join their team as an administration/personal assistant. This is a great opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain a formal qualification.
Your duties will include:
- Diary management for executives
- Liaising with managers and clients
- Providing administration support for executives and the human resources department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Creating professional documents
- Booking and organising meetings
- Banking
- Ad-hoc administration tasks.
Selection criteria:
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Well presented and groomed
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and courteous
- Smart and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive in terms of recommending any improvements in the running of the reception area long term.
Eligibility criteria:
- Not completed any qualification above a Certificate II
- Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
