This is a great opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain a formal qualification.

Your duties will include:

  • Diary management for executives
  • Liaising with managers and clients
  • Providing administration support for executives and the human resources department
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Creating professional documents
  • Booking and organising meetings
  • Banking
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks.

Selection criteria:

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Well presented and groomed
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Professional and courteous 
  • Smart and eager to learn 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Proactive in terms of recommending any improvements in the running of the reception area long term. 

Eligibility criteria:

  • Not completed any qualification above a Certificate II
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
