Customer Service Representative Trainee

  • An excellent opportunity exists for an energetic customer service representative to join a creative design company based in the City CBD.

    Your duties will include:

    • Assisting customers with enquiries regarding designs and products
    • Taking calls and directing them to the appropriate person
    • Learning and developing your product knowledge and taking customers through the showroom
    • Handle small client accounts and quotes, invoicing, following up with statements
    • Contact existing customers regarding new products
    • Assist with marketing and mail outs
    • Ad-hoc duties including administration, updating website, front office support

    You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months. If you have already completed any qualification above a Certificate II level, you will be ineligible. Wages are paid in accordance with the National Training Wage Schedule.
