WorkVentures ITeC repair centres is one of Australia’s largest providers of specialist technology repair services.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service 2IC leader experienced in a warehouse environment to work at our busy Mascot warehouse. You will assist the Customer Service and Project Managers in coordinating the daily operations of the Warehouse / Customer Services department.
This is a hands-on position responsible for monitoring and assisting all aspects of warehouse and customer service functions including receipt/dispatch of goods, quality assurance, data entry and customer support. It is a position that requires a planning focused approach and the capability of demonstrating a strong presence with floor staff.
