Employing around 150 people across four locations in Sydney and Melbourne, the WorkVentures team comes from diverse backgrounds. Around 95 people work in our ITeC Repair Centre operations in Sydney and Melbourne, around 20 people work in our other in North Sydney and Campbelltown, plus we employ around 50 trainees who work in businesses across Sydney.
Our skills and expertise range from electronic technicians to social scientists; and from professional services to community support workers. We use our organisation as a vehicle for creating traineeship, work experience and employment opportunities, and provide an environment where people can learn new skills and overcome personal barriers to create for themselves pathways for economic independence and social inclusion.
