Our team

Employing around 160 people across seven locations in Sydney and Melbourne, the WorkVentures team comes from diverse backgrounds with some 23 nationalities from 17 service and business disciplines. Around 110 people work in our SIRC operations in Sydney and Melbourne, and around 50 people work in our other WorkVentures divisions located in Sydney city and Sydney's south-west.

Our skills and expertise range from electronic technicians to social scientists; and from professional services to community support workers. We use our organisation as a vehicle for creating traineeship, work experience and employment opportunities, and provide an environment where people can learn new skills and overcome personal barriers to create for themselves pathways for economic independence and social inclusion.
