Eligibility

You can buy a refurbished computer or laptop from us if you are:

• An individual who currently receives a Centrelink pension or concession or other government benefit including Department of Veterans Affairs
• An individual with a Centrelink Low Income Health Care Card
• A school, or 
• A non-profit organisation.

Under our licensing agreement as a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher we have to confirm you're eligible to buy a computer or laptop for us by sending us a photocopy of your Centrelink or Department of Veterans Affairs concession card or other proof of low income status. Schools and non-profit organisations must supply a valid ACN or ABN.
